This conference will feature eight thematic tracks, covering the physical and chemical properties of aerosols and source resolution, aerosol measurement and instrumental analysis, climate and environmental effects of aerosols, and aerosol human health and other topics. Jeff Throckmorton , CEO of DMT Company, which built  a long-term partnership with Shallow-sea Technology, was invited to discuss The Development of a Bioaerosol Detector and its use in CCN To Characterize the CCN) report.

Jeff Throckmorton introduced the development of bioaerosol related technologies, the principle of main aerosol instruments and the application of instruments and equipment in three parts. The instrument presentation highlighted CCN (Cloud Condensation Nuclei Counter) /PAX (Photoacoustic Extinctiometer) and WIBS NEO (Wideband Integrated Bioaerosol Sensor).
