It is understood that during the Wuhan epidemic in 2020, the research result "Method and Device for Inverting the Phase Change Process of Water and Vapor in Clouds Based on Ground-Based Microwave Radiometer" completed by Li Dejun, chief of the Hubei Provincial Weather Modification Innovation Team, was authorized by the national invention patent. This technology is mainly used in the identification of weather-modified operating conditions and in helping shadow workers to timely and accurately identify suitable operating locations and business development in precipitation phase state forecasting.
Hangzhou Shallow-sea Technology Co., Ltd. believes that the invention patent is highly technical and has a wide range of applications. It actively communicated with Li Dejun and other inventors to discuss the details of the patent license and specific cooperation content, and officially signed a contract recently. The two parties agreed on the division of labor and cooperation to apply this patented technology to the business analysis software platform of the microwave radiometer.
