From 9 to 12 November, it was launched by the International initiative Digital Twins of the Ocean (DITTO), a global initiative officially recognized by the United Nations Decade for the Oceans. Jointly organized by Fujian Marine Innovation Laboratory and State Key Laboratory of Offshore Marine Environmental Science (Xiamen University), DITTO Summit 2023 was successfully held in Xiamen as one of the major featured activities of Xiamen International Ocean Week 2023. More than 400 experts and scholars from all over the world attended the event.
