In this competition, 27 contestants from each municipal meteorological Bureau and directly affiliated units competed together on the stage. Closely following the theme of "Weather, Climate and Water, Generations to the Future", with meteorological scientific knowledge, new technology and new achievements as the main content of independent proposition, the explanation content was rich and extensive, covering various aspects such as meteorological forecast and prediction, weather modification, agricultural meteorology and ecological meteorology. With the help of slides, short films and other methods, contestants explained in plain language, scientific and accurate, and closely combined popular science knowledge with current events, bringing a feast of meteorological science knowledge for the judges and the audience, and creating a good atmosphere for meteorological science popularization.
