From March 25 to 27, 2026 National Smart Civil Aviation Development Conference & Cyberspace Governance Exchange was held in Guiyang.
The conference was hosted by the Civil Aviation Information Technology Application Branch of China Computer Users Association and the Key Laboratory of Smart Airport Theory and Systems for Civil Aviation.
Focusing on the theme *“Digital Intelligence Empowers High-Quality Development of Civil Aviation, Collaborative Construction of a Secure Cyberspace Ecosystem”*, the event gathered more than 300 representatives from industry authorities, civil aviation enterprises and public institutions, as well as technology companies to discuss the development paths and future vision of smart civil aviation construction.

Core Equipment Unveiled to Precisely Empower Civil Aviation Meteorological Safety
At this exhibition, Qianhai Technology focused on the core needs of civil aviation low-altitude meteorological support. The four pieces of equipment on display are all independently developed, high-precision and highly reliable products, covering atmospheric vertical profile detection, precipitation microphysics observation, fine wind field measurement and all-scenario sky condition monitoring, providing a full-chain data support for airport operation and the safety of flight take-off and landing.
The Microwave Radiometer (SMR-100) serves as a "precision sentinel" for low-altitude atmospheric detection. It enables unattended, 24-hour continuous monitoring of temperature and humidity within an altitude range of 0–10 km, and features sensitive detection capabilities for severe weather events such as heavy rainfall, fog and turbulence.It provides core data for short-term weather forecasting and weather modification operations, making it a key piece of equipment for ensuring the safety of flight takeoffs and landings.

The 2D Visual Disdrometer (SVD-2) fills the visualization gap in precipitation microphysics observation. It can intuitively display the size, distribution and variation patterns of raindrops, accurately identify rainfall intensity and precipitation types, and provide refined precipitation data for airport runway waterlogging removal and flight delay early warning.This helps civil aviation meteorological support shift from "qualitative judgment" to "quantitative analysis".

3D Scanning Laser Wind Lidar (SLWR-3D-20k/5k) breaks through the limitations of traditional wind field observation. Adopting advanced coherent detection technology, it accurately measures wind speed, wind direction and turbulence information in low altitudes, and constructs a 3D wind field model in real time. It provides high-precision wind field support for flight activities in the low-altitude economy sector and low-altitude flight safety at airports, effectively avoiding risks such as wind shear and low-altitude wind shear.

The All-Sky Automatic Imaging System (SCI-100) enables automated and high-definition monitoring of sky conditions. It can capture full-dimensional sky information in real time, including cloud cover, cloud height, cloud type and weather phenomena. By integrating data with the other three devices, it forms an integrated "space-air-ground" meteorological observation network, providing more comprehensive meteorological support for civil aviation operational decision-making.
